The Startup Package is ideal for entrepreneurial companies or more established firms bringing out a new product or service and wanting to confirm their assumptions of the marketplace, e.g. who is going to purchase their product, why will they purchase and what will they pay?

The Startup Package takes about a month to execute, and provides true guidance to the company.

The Startup Package is only available for B2C products or services, and the price quoted above does not include compensation to the research population.

 

The VOP package is our most popular offering. It provides a deep, detailed Customer Intelligence Platform that will inform your pricing (strategy and tactics), marketing (messages, channels and methods), sales (messages, tactics and strategy) and product and/or service offering.

The VOP package takes about three to four months to execute, and is available both for B2C and B2B products or services. The price quoted above does not include compensation to the research population. 

 

The Expanded VOP includes all the services of both the Startup package and the VOP, and forms a platform for a complete company turnaround.  

In addition, the research will be expanded to your your staff so that you will find out how your perceptions of your customers differ from what your customers actually  think (they always do). This includes drivers, perceptions, competitive satisfaction and willingness to pay. 

The EVOP also includes a sales process development component to ensure your sales people can better defend and deliver your value proposition, better control the sales conversation, better close and better define your prices. 

The EVOP package takes about three to four months to execute, plus an additional two months of sales coaching, and is available both for B2C and B2B products or services. The price quoted above does not include compensation to the research population.
